C-Mount Thread on Basler ace and ace 2 Cameras#
There is no uniform starting point for the camera mount thread on Basler ace cameras.
If you compare two ace cameras, you will most probably see that the C-Mount threads don't start at the same place. This is due to production tolerances.
However, for the ace 2, when developing the new front part, this has been addressed and improved. The camera mount thread of the ace 2 always starts at the same point:
