- Line up the screw holes of the camera, the mounting bracket, and the heat sink on top of each other.
- Insert the screws from the bottom of the heat sink and fasten them securely.
- Attach the assembly on the lens side of the blaze camera using the two M4x6 screws.
信息
ace 2 and ace camera models have different mounting points. The following drawing shows which screw holes of the heat sink to use for each camera.
Omitting the Heat Sink
If space is tight, it is possible to omit the heat sink but only provided that your application is unlikely to cause the ace 2 / ace camera to overheat. Otherwise, you will have to take other measures to provide cooling. For more information, read the safety information and heat dissipation advice for your camera model:

Further Information#
- Visit the Basler website for more information about RGB-D applications.
Among other things, you can download the Merging Color Data of Basler 2D Cameras with Basler blaze Depth Data application note (AW001665). This explains how to set up an RGB-D camera system and how to merge the image data from the two cameras. - The pylon Supplementary Package for blaze contains sample programs that demonstrate how to calibrate the joint camera system, how to perform the data fusion, and how to display the data stream in real-time.
