This topic provides instructions on how to mount Basler cameras in your system.

ace 2 and racer 2 S Cameras#

When mounting ace 2 and racer 2 S cameras in your system, you must tighten the screws in a certain order. This ensures optimum alignment of the camera.

拧紧 M3 螺丝#

拧紧 M3 螺丝：

USB 3.0 and CXP Cameras#

ace Classic/U/L USB 3.0 Cameras#

When mounting ace USB 3.0 cameras in your system, you must tighten the screws in a certain order. This ensures optimum alignment of the camera.

dart 相机#

dart Classic/E/R#

When mounting the bare board variant of dart cameras in your system, make sure that the head diameter of the screws used for mounting doesn't exceed 4.6 mm.

Otherwise, mounting the camera may damage components on the board.

dart M#

When mounting the dart M camera modules in your system, observe the following points to make sure that components won't be damaged:

• The head diameter of the screws used for mounting mustn't exceed 5 mm.
• Mount the screws within a torque range of 0.25–0.35 Nm (maximum torque: 0.35 Nm).
• Make sure that the tongues of the mount fit into the correct indentations of the camera module (see figure below). If necessary, turn the mount until the tongues match the camera module's indentations.

• If you want to disconnect the flexible flat cable from the FFC connector, make sure to unlock the FFC connector by flipping the locking bar up before removing the cable.
