ROI (Stereo ace)#
Reducing the ROI has the effect of reducing the bandwidth which in turn means that transfer times are reduced and less CPU resources are required for stereo matching.
If you change the size of the ROI on Stereo ace cameras, the effects on the image components differ depending on the depth resolution and intensity resolution specified.
The producer scales disparity-related components according to BslDepthResolution and intensity-related components according to BslIntensityResolution. As a result, the ROI dimensions of disparity-related components can differ from the ROI dimensions of the intensity component.
Configuring the ROI#
To configure the ROI:
- Stop image acquisition on the camera.
- Specify the desired
